StumbleUpon Got Some Additional Features

StumbleUpon is a favorite social networking site of most bloggers and webmasters for a reason. It got a whole new world of truly interesting websites, lolcats pics, amazing photos, great humor, amazing inspirational designs, helpful community….I just can’t count the features of SU in fingers. With over 6 million stumblers, SU is going bigger and bigger and thousands of netizens are joining it every day.
I have a very interesting experience in an year of my stumbling journey. Yesterday, when I signed-in StumbleUpon, first thing I noticed was the number of subscribers instead of friends. Then I thought that they finally rolled in some new exciting features to spice up the stumbling experience even more.
Another new thing I found is a feature which informed me in my inbox that someone has requested to become my friend. I wanted that feature for long to keep track of people who were adding me.

There is a feature added with which we can add friends of different taste without subscribing to their stumble activity. Like your next door mate who insists you to add him. Now you can add him as a friend only! In short it means that now subscription is free from friendship and vice versa. After that, when I went to some of my friends profiles, what exciting thing I saw there was a taste-o-meter type thing which was telling me the likeliness with my friends.

And above all that, they have also given the good news that from now, the 200-friend limit is removed and we can add as many friends as we want to.
For full information on the changes made, see the official blog.
