HTC Pharos P3470:High quality and low cost GPS equipped smartphone

If you are looking for a GPS handset lower in cost then this upcoming new Smartphone from HTC should also be considered, expected to out in March this year first in the US and then in other markets. It is being said that Wi-Fi technology is not available in the handset. Appearance of the handset seems like on the downside and may be unable to attract appearance conscious customers but the customers for whom appearance is not the priority but functionality, the specs are as under:
- ROM: 256MB
- RAM: 128 MB
- Processor: TI OMAP 200MHz
- GPS
- 2.8” QVGA Display
- Bluetooth
- 2 MP camera
- TouchFLO interface
- 1100 mAh battery
- Low in cost (figures not known yet)
