Today, I found out the software named “Universal Viewer” while googling and i think that it is good to share this with you!.

What’s universal in this except name?:
It is universal in a manner that it can play or open most of the file types like:

1-Text, Binary, Hex, Unicode: any files, of unlimited size (even 4Gb+ sizes are allowed)
2-RTF/UTF-8: RTF and UTF-8 encoded texts
3-Image: all general graphics formats: BMP JPG GIF PNG TGA TIFF… plus all formats supported by IrfanView/XnView external viewers
4-Multimedia: all formats supported by MS Windows Media Player: AVI MPG WMV MP3…
5-Internet: all formats supported by MS Internet Explorer: HTML XML DOC XLS…

6-Plugins: all formats supported by Total Commander Lister plugins

Universal Viewer is available in two version:
1-Free (light) version
2-Paid (full featured) version

Windows Vista Aero hacks and tips!

Today I am gonna give you some tips about “Windows Aero”.

If Aero slows down your computer:

Windows Vista’s Aero interface is really eye catching and amazing but it can slow down your machines also :(. You can try these tips if u want to run Aero on a slow computer:

Method 1: Disable Transparent Glass Effect
1. Right Click on the Desktop and select Personalize.
2. Select Windows Color And Appearance[Its the first option ;)].
3. Uncheck Enable Transparency.
Method 2: Disable Windows Minimize/Maximize Animation
1. Press windows logo key and Pause/break key together, system properties will appear .
2. Then go to Advanced Tab and then go to settings tab for performance and then uncheck “Animate Windows When Minimizing/Maximizing”.
3. Click OK.

Now you can turn on Aero because it will work fine!

“Slow-Motion” Aero:

There is another interesting tip for Aero. By applying this, you will see Aero animation in “slow-motion” mode that will work if you are holding the “shift” key while minimizing , maximizing and closing a window.

This will work if you can run the Windows Aero glass theme. Download this file . Unzip it and double click on it to add it to the Registry which will add some values to the registry. Just restart your computer and the effect will work.

Amazon Mp3 is OUT now!

The media giant ‘Amazon’ has finally announced Its DRM-free online music store named “Amazon Mp3″. This service has started today with more than 2 million songs from 180,000 Singers/Artists and there are good chances that you can find your favorite artist there. The songs will be sold at 89 to 99 cents while Albums price ranged from 4.99$ to 9.00$. There is less price on top 100 songs and they will sold at 89 cent.

Here are some of the songs offered by ‘Amazon Mp3′ now:

You can purchase songs either from the online store or from the MP3 Downloader Software from Amazon, this tool will add purchased MP3’s to iTunes or Windows media player automatically.
Amazon Mp3 is in beta stage now but you can buy songs from it comfortably because Amazon says that it provides the same functionality as a full service hence doesn’t affects your shopping experience!
